Made to measure Kanduras are made according to the measurements you have provided. This means the item is non refundable unless there was an error on the Item itself. If you choose to add the Aromatic Tarboosh to your custom order, this will be made in the colour of the Kandura. Our team will contact you to confirm order details and please ensure all measurements are made according to the guidelines. Our team will contact you to confirm the colour. It will take around 2 weeks to receive your custom Kandura. 

The primary courier for your orders is Royal Mail. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment or on the next working day. Orders made on Fridays are sent out on the following Monday. Standard delivery is tracked only after an attempted or successful delivery.
